Pros: In tight spaces like the inside of a computer when you are tightening your worm-drive hose clamps onto the barbs of your water-cooling setup and you barely have any room, this is essential. This is why I bought this and it get's 5 stars for that because sometimes it's the only thing that will work.
Cons: The yellow cap that houses the bits comes off sometimes and bits spill out and that is poor engineering (minus one star); this is not meant to replace a good standard screwdriver so I just place the small Philips head on it and leave it here rather than risk losing bits. It cannot tighten like a larger screw driver but it was not designed to compete there so I did not take any stars off just because it is a specialty screwdriver. I am used to a real ratchet so the ratcheting on this screwdriver is sort of toy-like. I don't expect it to work and when it does, then hurray, but it's not why I bought it so no stars removed for a mediocre ratchet assembly.
Other: This is a specialty screwdriver that should be used for specialty problems otherwise it is too fragile. I don't worry about the ratcheting failing as it should still work but losing the bits could be too easy with that loose yellow bit-holder cap. Keep in a bag to catch lose bits - don't just toss in the toolkit.

The product is okay; not great, just okay. The size is nice and the grip is good and you can really put some torque to your job, but the problem is the ratchet gearing is not right. Meaning, there are not enough gradations or 'clicks' in one revolution of the tool. Just like a socket wrench when there's not enough room to swing the ratchet handle to catch and reset the tool for another turn, because there are too few teeth on the gearing mechanism, with this tool, the stubby ratcheting screwdriver, you almost have to contort your arm and wrist to catch the next tooth on the gear. Not a real problem if you can loosen your grip on the tool to reset your hand and finger position, but if you have to keep a tight grip on the tool because of the angle or location of your work (above your head, for example), then sometimes it is very difficult to rotate your hand and arm enough to make the ratcheting action effective. There should be more teeth on the gearing mechanism inside this tool. It's okay, but not great.

I bought this because I use hand tools a lot. I didn't realize how necessary a stubby screwdriver was until I didn't have one. The first time I used this it was very comfortable and simple. All the bits are held in the handle; each one has a little holder in the yellow cap. The magnetic tip keeps your bit in the driver. You can switch the ratcheting from one way to the other and lock it too, that way it is just a standard screwdriver. Great piece to have in the tool box.
