May not work on your valve!!!!

A previous review said the gauge didn't work at all; I had a similar experience. The problem occurs when there isn't enough of the valve stem exposed to depress the plunger in the gauge: the distance from the front edge of the collar to the plunger is 19mm, so I would guess 20mm would be the absolute minimum stem length above the valve locking nut to allow this product to work. In my case the aero rims on my bike leave 18mm of stem exposed past the locking nut: the end of the Presta valve can't make contact with the plunger. Measure before you buy...

Not a lot out there for Presta but this is good

I was looking for a small portable Presta pressure gauge without needing to use an adapter. This gauge is nice in that it holds the pressure reading until you clear it. At first I couldn't get a reading with it but learned you just have to press a little harder on the valve to get the reading.

This seems built to last

This gauge works great. I have had it only for a few weeks but it has a solid hefty feel like it will be the last bicycle tire gauge that I will ever have to buy unless I drop it from more than a few feet and even then it might still be ok (I'm not going to try this). It is easy to read the numbers. The push button bleeder valve is nice. The package does not say where it was made but it appears to be a decent quality item.
