The DeWALT DW2176 37 piece screwdriving set features all the quality and durability I've come to expect from a DeWALT product.
The bright yellow finish of the case is both a signifier of the the products maker and is functional in the fact that its extremely difficult to misplace in the workplace. The case and sliding latching system have a very crisp feel. Internal to the case is a dovetail retention system that secures all the bit holders into place. This design system allows for customizable configurations that appears to be interchangeable with other DeWALT kits.
Included in this kit are two magnetic extensions with sliding guide sleeves. The shroud slides forwards past the bit inserted in the extension and helps to ensure the screw is held into position securely, aswell as ensuring the screw doesn't walk or wobble during driving. The system truely shines with the four inch extention when working with long screws overhead or in hard to work with locations.
I recently purchased one of these kits to replace a lost four inch magnetic driver and couldn't be happier. Once the missing driver turns up it will find a permanent home in my garage tool storage and this kit will continue to replace it in my home workshop.

So far, these bits are working well. I've been using the same one for 4 months not and haven't had any problems with chipping or breaking. I did receive one or two that had messed up sides and couldn't fit in my bit holder, but they give you so many of the same kind, that it didn't really matter to me. The only thing I didn't like about this set was the case. Its a pain getting the bits back in the rubber holder.

I bought this for the extensive selection of bits in what looked like a nice storage case. Well, after using it for a while I am disappointed.
1. The bits are virtually impossible to snap back into the case after taking them out. The plastic holders bend and warp as you press to snap the bit back in.
2. The bits themselves are not the best. They are made out of rather soft material and tend to lose the sharp edges after some use (the square drive and the philips bits .. have not used the others, yet).
The retractable sleeve screw holders work quite nice.
