We have ten lights with 20 bulbs total in our RV. After reading some of the reviews I decided to just order 10 bulbs in case the brightness was marginal. Well, I was wrong, the brightness is awesome and I just ordered 10 more. Needless to say I am really impressed with these little guys. Some folks mentioned that they wished they were brighter for engine work. This may be the case for intricate work in the bowels of the engine compartment, but for cooking, reading, hanging out with the kidlets in the RV they worked really well.

I bought these to replace the incandescent bulbs in my Camper. They work great and not only am I not draining the batteries as much but I don't have to worry about these getting to hot.
I'd recommend these as something RV's should come standard with. There is no reason to continue selling RVs with incandescent bulbs when these work better using less energy. Sure they cost a little more but you make that up with the extended battery time.

I got these to replace the two 921 incandescent bulbs in the 3rd brake light assembly that light up the bed of the truck. I did not like the yellowish bright light that the OEM bulbs put out and wanted LEDs that would not drain the battery as much since these come on every time you hit the key lock or open the door and stay on for about 20 seconds. I like the softer white light that these LEDs provide and they fit very nicely (they are only slightly longer than the bulbs they replaced). They are however significantly LESS bright than the original bulbs that they replaced, so if you are looking for MORE light in your cargo area look elsewhere. I wasn't getting them to add more light, just a more pleasant white light that would be more efficient on the battery and for that these do just what I wanted.
